Today’s Assignment
Students are to analyze a military map of Europe during World War I on Day 1. They will answer questions about the map. They will then read a passage about World War I and complete the cause and effect chart. Students may get a copy of the assignment when they return to school. The assignment should take approximately 45 minutes to complete. The NTI Day 2 is about the Battle of Somme. They will complete that activity on Day 2 but may find the military map on Day 1 useful.
