Today’s Assignment
Today students will learn about safety in the kitchen. Students will download the Ch 8 handout Play It Safe and the 2-pg worksheet from the GW online textbook and will complete the worksheet. They will then answer the questions at the end of the chapter handout. This assignment should take one class period to complete.
