Today’s Assignment
Use NTI Day 3 to complete the work from yesterday. You should have identified the rhyme scheme of the poem and begun writing a paragraph explaining how the rhyme scheme helps emphasize the meaning of the poem (ie: Why does the rhyme pattern change where it does? Why is a particular rhyme repeated in a certain place? What is the overall pattern and what is its significance? Etc.).Today, finish the paragraph. Make sure the it is well-written by re-reading your work. Clarify,. or make clear, your ideas by thinking about what the reader needs to know to understand your ideas. Pay attention to how each idea is connected with transitions and correct any technical mistakes such as punctuation, spelling, and grammar. I will post the handout in our Google Classroom.
