Today’s Assignment
The students will create a DNA model and use the model to determine base sequences. Then the students will define vocabulary words using the model. The students will understand that DNA is a part of the cell that their chromosomes are located inside the nucleus of a cell, in which traits are found. This aligns with the NGSS science standards. Students have been given this information to complete this assignment. If they have access to a computer they can create a search for DNA models if needed.
