Today’s Assignment
Read the attached expository text passage and answer the questions that connect to our skill of main idea and supporting details. On the written question make sure you follow the RACE procedure.R: Restate the Question
A: Answer all parts
C: Cite or give text evidence
E: Explain your evidence or response and how it relates to the question.
All answers should be in complete sentences and have correct capitalization and punctuation.
If you cannot print this assignment students may record their answers on paper. The y must number their paper neatly, write all answers completely, and include the label of NTI Reading Day 2 and the title of the passage–including their first and last name.
This will also be accessible through Google Classroom. They must be logged into their student id to access this (It is how they log into their Chromebook each day).
