Today’s Assignment
The lesson for NTI Day 2 is an introduction to genetics. The learning target for the day is I can describe how simple dominance works in organisms. This lesson is found on Google Classroom, and students can access using their Knox Co. Schools student email.
Students will begin today’s lesson by watching a video from the Amoeba Sisters. This video will go over traits, alleles, and the basic rules for making punnett squares. Students will then read the article that accompanies the lesson. This article will give them more detailed information over the material. After students have completed the article, they will answer the questions on Google Classroom to receive credit for today’s lesson.
