Today’s Assignment
In this lesson, we will investigate the development of the world’s largest religion. Christianity has over 2.2 billion followers as of 2012. It arose as a subset of Judaism around the year zero in an area which includes present-day Israel. Historians regard the spread and adoption of Christianity throughout the world as one of the most successful spiritual missions in human history.
